They both seem to be a perfect fit for their style as opposed to getting Dwight Howard...
Wouldn't Rockets be better off, getting Iggy & Josh Smith?

#2i doubt that Smith can be a player who "fits" in a way of helping a team in the playoffs. Low IQ. iggy - for sure!Comment -

#3iggy and harden are kind of the same "swing player" both ball handlers and need the ball wouldnt fit. Smith would be good for another rebounder to go with asik but if you think about it he is the same version as parsons since there both stat fillers and are stretch 4's.Comment -

#4No. Howard could develop with McHale and Olajuwon. Smith isn't as good as he thinks he is and Ig is on downward side of career.Comment -

#5Howard is the perfect fit for Houston.....One of the best 3 point shooting teams along with Harden as the playmaker and Dwight down low
Don't see how he goes anywhere elseComment -

#6Personally I wouldn't want Josh Smith, assuming he'll want big money. Guy is just a loser.Comment -

#10I have visions of Olajuwon/Drexler Part II if Howard signs. You have the big man in the post, who if he listens to coaching, can shoot the ball out to the 3 point shooters on the double team. You have the slasher option with Harden. Being a Rocket fan, I'm praying that Howard makes his decision Friday just to get over the anxiety.Comment -

#14Bingo. Give any small/power forward in the NBA the freedom that Smith gets and they could put up eerily similar numbers. He is a poor mans version of Melo. A decent second or third option on a good team, yet thinks he can win games himself.Originally posted by No coincidencesI wouldn't want any of them personally.

#19It's not necessarily his game that's the problem. If you don't watch much NBA and just look at surface stats, Smith looks like a decent catch. Too bad he's one of the most selfish, immature players in the NBA and a total cancer.Originally posted by JT OZExactly what I have been trying to explain to a buddy for a few days now but for whatever reason he likes his game...Comment -

#20Absolutely agree. Dude is lazy money that is best served on a bottom feeder, so he can get his and not worry about W's.Originally posted by No coincidencesIt's not necessarily his game that's the problem. #21Exactly. He's better off with some loser franchise that doesn't care about wins and losses so that he can "get his." Guy is a bum, and his maturity level makes D-12 look like a wise old grandpa.Originally posted by ChalkyDogAbsolutely agree. Warriors are getting one of the best all-around players in the game, and will very easily compliment Steph. Mark Jackson is going to love the guy.Originally posted by jsmithj88iggy is garbageComment
