Yeah, I'd put the Redskins in the running.

Owens won't go to a terrible team. At least the Redskins are in the mix for playoff contenders.

I don't know an established playoff team that would take Owens. Maybe New England would take him if Owens did what Moss did and sign a 1 year deal for the league minimum.

The Giants would never take Owens. Too much media scrutiny in NYC.

No way New England would have anything to do with him in imo. That team plays like a bunch of clones whereas if one piece is lost the next piece falls right into place. He would never fit that concept. He's too self centered.
