E-mails to cascade... Mail delivery failed

I am not able to successfully send e-mails at csd(at)betcascade.com for days from different e-mail addresses.
Anyone else too?

... my e-mails were never delivered...they can block e-mails from some country ...I will try my yahoo e-mail

I got advice form one of the posters here, that they block IP from overseas... is it possible? And why they offer then registration of memebers from every country in the world?
