No offense, but hiring him as the next mod would be a mistake. It would be like the Cowboys going to Canada to find their next head coach in the Canadian Football League. The next mod should be someone that has posted here for the past year and knows every cast of character intimately: their personalities, quirks, feuds, likes, dislikes, etc. Not some professional mercenary mod that will run the forum like all the other brainless & souless zombies that already work here.

And no more Yes-man that is too busy kissing the boss' ass to do the right thing. The next mod should be anti-establishment. Someone who looks out for us the little people and not for himself or his bosses. He should be willing to speak out against SBR and his boss if they are in the wrong. If a contest is being run unfairly for example he would speak up for us, not hand out infractions because we complained like a good little obedient lapdog.
