Nicky do you recommend betting Habs every game

onner, i have predicted from day 1 that this is the best habs team in 30 yrs and most underpriced team in NHL..i also said to bet them in each game and you'd make money. no big stars on the team, and lots of unknowns, and they 25-11 so far. they have the best goalie in NHL and no one knows him. they blend well as a team. Their whole stars are all injured now, including the best goalie and their captain, and are like 8-1 in their last 9 games without them. their only loss in the last 2 weeks was yesterday, and they totally outplayed BOS from the start.

wait till they get healthy... just wait

yes

and if I dont see anymore value in them and lines get adjusted, i will mention it here. till then, they are good value and bet on them.. but nothing is guaranteed.. especially that there is only 40 or so games to go.

but dont go crazy, bet small. i usually dont like to tell people to bet games so i can have my hands clean and not feel bad in case they go on a little bad run. i dont want to feel guilty. i prefer you not to play em and just watch from the outside how good they are.

Take all the money you make on the Habs in the regular season and bet half of it on their opponent in the first round of the playoffs, they are not built for the playoffs and won't get far.

PS: Loungo is a better goalie than Price.

If the Habs are under priced, who is overpriced? I have found the Habs lines to be very inflated this year, and have only bet on them 2 or 3 times.

element, i disagree. the habs at home vs Leafs was only -160. to me this was easily -190. They were only -125 at home to Washington.. to me, this line was -155. habs are not getting any respect since day 1.

I agree with the Caps game, but to me that Toronto line was pretty accurate.

oh and to answer your question, my HABS are still great. last i checked, they were 29-16, which is not really that bad.. on pace for 103 pts.. which is way better than your leafs who are on pace for 23 pts..

I bumped alot of your threads because you were missing in action and thought you wouldn't be able to resist me making fun of you Habs.

Nicky you and I both know your team isn't built for the post season, regular season success means nothing once the playoffs start.

For the record, Montreal will lose to either Boston/New Jersey/Philly whichever they meet in the playoffs.

As for comparing your team to mine thats laughable, my Leafs have noone, the team has been torn down and is in a rebuilding phase (again) they aren't bad for the players they have left, at least they compete and play hard every game, unlike those softy Canadiens.

The Habs will not get out of the first round IF they even make the playoffs. Losing Lang will hurt. Kovie plays when he feels like it. Carey Price isn't the hero that a lot of people thought he would be. The Habs are overrated.

i'm not going to lie, that Lang injury is going to hurt.. but we still got Tanguay coming back.. there's only 3 other players that could have been worse than Lang going down.. Kovalev, Markov and Price.. that injury hurt.. The Habs are still a strong team.. they have a lot of depth and a lot of heart.

paver, it's not official yet, but i think GOD spoke to me again 2 nights ago and i might have another GOD pick soon.. but before i make another announcement, i want to hear it one more time from him for confirmation.. maybe it wasn't him and just my imagination..

Price is best goalie in NHL, hands down. wait till the playoffs when he starts to shine and ends up 16-5 in the playoffs with a 1.48 GAA and wins the Conn Smythe and then hoists my good buddy, LORD STANLEY.. then we'll see if you'll be saying the same thing as now.

All i can say to you all is just wait till the playoffs. no season has ever been decided 50 games in. It's a long season and every team, no matter who you are go through bad streaks.. Carbo will get this team rolling again very soon, watch and see. I am not worried.

I will be betting $2 on the habs tonight because I'm a jinx according to Mr. Nicholas M Santoro.

At that rate it will cost me almost $40 to keep the habs out of the playoffs, money well spent.
