Still don’t get all the hate for the Pelicans name. Get over it. Teams have Hawks, Cardinals, Eagles, Seahawks, Ravens, Falcons, Ducks, and BlueJays as nicknames. The pelican is a meat-eating bird who lives in coastal waters. Pretty cool animal if you ask me, plus it’s the LA state bird.
Cleveland Browns? What the f*** is a Brown? Utah Jazz? Not a whole lot of Mormons going to jazz clubs last time I checked, but their franchise won’t sell it back to NOLA like they should.
