Having never been to Vegas and planning to go shortly I was wondering if anyone can provide an answer to a question?

Can you buy points on NBA games at Vegas Sports Books? If the line is Knicks +5 would I be able to get the Knicks at +7?

Line on a game is -6.5. I buy 2 points to -4.5 but instead of -110 the 2 point by has me at -230. Can this be done for the most part in Vegas or am I stuck with trusting off shore books with my $$$

Most books will let you do this in Vegas as it is a complete sucker bet.
