I think hes guilty too, but this really helps the defense. They can use this to play the "he was presumed guilty in the public eye before any evidence was even released" card. I can hear it now: "Mr Hernandez can't get a fair trial anywhere." It's just stupid to do this. No one is blaming the Pats, and certainly no one is blaming the Patriots Team Store....so this publicity is not needed and and irresponsible.
