    WagerWeb complaints
SBR Bill Dozer reports: SBR receives multiple complaints from WagerWeb (SBR rating B) clients who were asked to leave the book due to professional play. Players complained of revoked bonuses and payout delays after the ability to wager was removed. SBR to inquire with WagerWeb about bonus policy changes and recent customer treatment.

Shit I'm pretty worried right now, I have a huge balance with them now, I agreed to have a hold until after the FSU/Miami game as a stipulations for their 25% reload bonus. They also have an unlimited bonus, which might not be a great policy, I took a $750 one.

7X, and the hold I think was around 20 days minimum, what is even more frustrating is I can't even find out what they are going to do for another 15 days because of the hold. With the $1,000 a day limits for neteller, it is almost going to be like a slow play even if they don't try to stiff me.

I have just gone through a 5 figure cashout with them ($1000 a day for a few weeks) with no problems at all.

              RM,

I don't think you have anything to worry about. WagerWeb is going to prorate these bonuses and allow for bigger Neteller payouts so players can wager elsewhere.

This is not a complaint just moaning. Stephen from Wagerweb was kind enough to send me the following mail:

                Dear *******,
I am writing to inform you that having reviewed your account, we have now set your limit for Soccer at a maximum bet of $1.
Thank you for betting with wagerweb.com, and if there is anything else that I can do for you please do not hesitate to ask.
                Regards,
                Stephen

I especially love the " if there is anything ELSE that I can do for you please do not hesitate to ask." -part. Yes please, could you also lower my limits in basketball and maybe we could even go to 50 cents to be sure. Oh yes, it does not matter, since I only played soccer with you guys.

This has happened to me before with other books but never from full limits to 1$ in one go. Also, I've used their service for 4 months and YESTERDAY I made my second deposit. Of course I now have the rollover ahead of me. Would it have been ANYHOW possible to lower my limits 2 days earlier??

Enough moaning, I did not deposit that much anyways.

lol. CS gets used to saying the same thing over and over even when it doesn't apply, as if they are patronizing you.

WagerWeb is changing their model slightly and cleaning house. I would suggest taking whatever prorated bonus you have earned and move on to a place that lets you get down on soccer.

Yep, that will be my plan. There was really not much of value besides slowish soccer lines on Wagerweb. At least I could not find it. But I have to admit, they have a friendly cs

Exactly my experience with WW. Not much of value, the occasional slow line in baseball, accusations of me knowing when the line was about to move (lol I wish).... but very friendly CS!

I did not really beat them but I did bet on their slower soccer lines. I never made a withdrawal actually.

On another note, I also received a letter yesterday from SportingBet. I have not been playing there for ages. The letter was written in Finnish and it contained a VIP pass to a higher class nightclub in Helsinki. Here is the translation of the beginning:

We like you and your style of play. That is why we want to offer you a gift blah blah blah.

Again - Maybe if you liked me and my style of play, you would actually let me bet more than 20 € sometimes and I would not have had to quit using SportingBet.
What is it with these marketing departments. Don't they do any kind of background check before they send out these ridiculous offers. I am fine with getting booted from 50% of the books I've used but please, get your marketing act together people :P

Update if anyone is interested. After I was told I would be able to withdraw right away $2000/day, I am now getting a different story from support. I just got off the phone and they are saying I have to wait 30 days from my deposit to cashout, which is about 3 more weeks. Also, their line manager, "JT", who has been extremely unprofessional the entire time, has not responded to my emails on 8/16 and 8/21. All this after he promised to put a note on my account to allow the withdrawals to go through. This is really turning into one big pain in the ass.

Wagerweb - get your shit together!
