but their are certain tools you have to posses to break any kind of addiction. Tools that you learn with AA/NA/GA etc...
One is to elimate trigger factors that cause relaspe. SBR could be a huge trigger factor just like a bar is to an alcoholic.

I realized a long time ago that I could never quit. What I have done is reduced the amount I play and I still get the enjoyment. You have to do whatever works for you.

Titans losing hurt for sure, but I didn't have anything on it, thankfully. Heart breaker pal. Had all kind of people over for wings and my team chokes like some mofo's I have never seen before. We had that game won. Never seen anything like that, esp with Fisherball.
