Thanks. This is short update on my case, GRA Gambling Commission wanted me prove identity and credit cards. Look what I did:
I provided my internet banking login to them! They checked it and confirmed my identity.
Then they got e-mail from my banker who proved credit cards belong to me. Then was silence, I don't know the reason but now all can see that Bwin's accusation were completely groundless. How could they do it? Steal money and then try to scare me with their lawyer that I am not who I am and my cards are not mine. Never thought 736eur would break them. But it is not only me that they don't pay, so the amounts are in millions $$$. What the other explanation?
To allow deposits, accept 30 sport bets through the week, then upon funds withdrawal request both to credit card and my bank account - to close account for "security reason".

BWIN, Bwin didn't actually charge your credit card(s), though, did they? So, if they "stole" anything, it was only the winnings on the deposits you thought you made. The crux of the issue is why your credit card(s) didn't get charged for the initial deposits - from which you sought to withdraw all within the space of a week.

Many deposited into Worldbet and had that money actually stolen. Very different, especially as we don't know why BWin didn't charge your cards.

Hopefully IBAS' ruling will settle things. There's no IBAS-equivalent to help Worldbet players, and those players have lost deposits. So this isn't the thread for you to go looking for sympathy with your spamming comments (which are affecting your credibility, the longer you keep spamming about Bwin on unrelated threads).
