That's still circumstantial. A piece of bubblegum, half a mile from a dudes house - is exactly that in the world of evidence.

They need one of the other guys to turn states evidence, for this to be open and closed.

Or the Murder Weapon with undeniable linkage to Hernandez.

Plausible deniability is all that is needed here, as the standard to find him guilty is "Beyond a reasonable doubt". Defense attorney's job is to plant doubt in the minds of the jury about every piece of evidence.

That said, I fully believe one of his "homies" will turn states.

He has a right to a speedy trial and he's got the best defense lawyers money can buy knowing he needs to be done with this soon, if they don't find the smoking gun so to speak he'll be off (needs to be beyond any doubt I think to the jury that he did commit the crime.) At least that's what 1 college law class tells me.

this guy at work was saying the Odin guy had info about a previous murder hernandez was part of last summer. Apparently he did/was going to snitch him out so hernandez & his goons offed him. This could be way off and completely false, someone feel free to correct me.

Did AH actually kill the guy himself? Or was he just present at the murder and part of it all? And couldn't this idiot just hire someone to kill dude, like wtf... guy wanted to experience that shit himself. Fukkin crazy shit fellas........
