Just a quick couple of videos of me shoveling snow, Chi_Archie did it, so can I.
Temperature was 1 Celsius, or 34 Farenheit (for you Imperial Americans)

plommer, i swear to god that area you live in looks just like my area here. .if i made vid, i can show you 4 houses that you wouldn't even tell the difference if they're yours or not. even the street and area looks identical. I guess because it's Canada maybe
good job, plommer. but you need to get in shape man.. you are in horrible shape my friend.. if you tried to do my half lap i did in the summer, you wouldn't even make it halfway.. you'd collapse 150 feet from the end of the half mile.

I'm too broke to pay someone to do it for me. I HAD to do it myself.
Plus the only kids around here are lazy fukkin Indians (from India not vs the ones that battle cowboys)

Archer, it's above freezing so it melts fairly quickly once you remove the heavy stuff, just look at the roadway, pure asphalt.
There was some ice that slowed me down, we had rain then a flash freeze so the ice built up, it's melting now, just in time for the -18C temperatures that are on the way.

Archer, this is an important distinction, too often I find myself having virtual sex, you know the type of sex I'm talking about - me, my left hand and the computer screen filled with lovely pornographic images.

Roguie, this city is very much socialist, it believes that pedestrians have a right to walk unobstructed on the city owned sidewalks, we have many senior citizens in the area, and I happen to agree with the policy.
I actually broke a bylaw by pushing snow out into the road, I can get fined for doing this, but there were no by-law enforcement officers around (lazy fvcks) and it will melt quickly.

BBBBBBBBBAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH Man try living in NS. That is a light snow disting you have there. I wouldn't have even shovelled that shit. Sidewalk and steps yes, but driveway no. Your Civic would have gone through that easily. And why park the car in the attached garage? Leave it outside so you have less snow to shovel. Come on Plommer. I though you were smarter than that.
Plommer come to NS to experience real winter weather and a real snow storm. We never call in the Army like Lastman did in the 90's. What a joke that was.

He shouldn't have even shovelled it. The weather looked like it was above 0. It would have melted in a few hours.

You're right, we don't usually get much snow here in Toronto, plus the temperatures are always moving from below freezing to above freezing so the snow often melts quickly.
General rule is if it's above 0C it's cloudy and overcast, if it's cold as hell (- 18C) it's sunny and bright.
I've seen the snow you guys get down east, its brutal.
I had to shovel today or it would just be worse next time, weather reports here are calling for an "Arctic outflow warning" meaning rapid temperature drops coming soon, I'd never get rid of the ice and snow then.
PS: That's a Toyota Camry in the garage NOT a Honda Civic.
I keep it in the garage so I don't have to clean the snow off of it as well. (that would be a whole nother video.)
Toronto issues cold-weather alert- Jan 13, 2009 10:31 AM
"An extreme cold alert has been issued as the light flurries blanketing the city are expected to give way to frigid winds, with temperatures dipping to around - 20C this evening."
Thats a 20 degree Celsius drop in a matter of 10 hours.

I put the snow in my street all the time. I think there may be a bylaw so I should check. Then again us Maritimers don't screw each other over. You know us Plommer we love everyone. Even our nosy neighbours. I also have to shovel my sidewalk, but man you sidewalk is pretty big so my work is always cut out for me. I'd hate to live on a big corner lot.

Plummer is a typical gambler, does not have equipment to do the job right. He is using a $7 shovel instead of a $500 snowblower because he wants the money to gamble instead. Secondly this guy is out of shape. If I was there I would of tackled him in the snow.

I might have enjoyed it almost as much as I know you would.
Anyway, snowblowers are scarce around here lately, sold out at most places.
My shovel is worth more than $7.
True that I'd rather gamble with the money than buy a new $500 item.
Maybe I can win enough money sportsbetting to buy me a new snowblower before the next storm.
