IPhone users, some questions

I'm thinking of getting one. Are the sports scores apps really great?

How easy is it to post on the boards, goto books, etc?

I have Verizon now but they don't really have an Iphone.

The NEW BLACKBERRY STORM is VERY NICE from VERIZON.....
Easily post on boards, go to books, etc....
Just an FYI in case you want to stay with Verizon.
It's also only 189 bucks with a new 2 yr agreement w/ Verizon.

Score apps on iPhone are fantastic and everyhting changes live so no need to reload pages

the apps are great but you dont even need it, espn mobile gamecast is amazing, with live updates every 2 seconds, the internet on the iphone is way better than the storms from my experience using both,

been wanting to get an Ipod too, so it seems very convenient to just get the I Phone.

I do not have the 3g model, but my original Iphone works great with SBR and the sportsbooks. I would highly recommend the switch.

iPhone applications are worth the price of admission alone.

From radios that play your favorite songs to live poker to GPS that automatically displays all nearby stores, gas stations, banks, etc.

The only negative is that it crashes often and can't play videos other than Youtube and some iphone compatible porn sites.

I've been in Telecommunications for the last 7 yrs..... Wanted to share a little cheat/tip with you guys.
If anyone here is under contract.....But would like to get a new phone/contract....
You can do what i did......
I had the older Blackberry..........Wanted the NEW Storm.......was already under contract though and didn't want to pay $500+ for the new Storm.
I ordered NEW service through my website acnwireless.com and got the new Storm for 189 bucks with a new 2 yr agreement through Verizon.......Transferred my # to my new plan........Then I took my old phone and random # and cancelled it.....Yes I incurred roughly a $150 charge.....For terminating my contract early....But I then put my old phone on ebay....And sold it for MORE than $150.......Not much more but enough to pay my early termination fee, and have a little left over......
So NOW I HAVE THE PHONE I WANTED (BLACKBERRY STORM) and all I did was basically trade in my old phone for it.......And paid 189 bucks for the Storm instead of 500+

The Storm isn't comparable to an iphone. I'm on Verizon and just got a Samsung Omnia last month. It just came out and no one has even heard of it. It's awesome though. Great battery, accelerometer, wifi, 5 megapixel camera, windows mobile...... just read the reviews.

I'm gonna go get it tonight. Was debating even getting a small laptop or the Iphone, but after weighing everything, gonna go with the Iphone, so I don't have to worry about wifi etc
