It's the US Open, they try to set up the course so the winning score is around Even par. Very common to see +20+ in a US OpenComment -
The US Open is infamous for a winner being at E for the event.
The only time I've seen normal -double digit scores in the US Open were Rory's year. However, that year the course was not typical of a US Open.Comment -
The rain has made the course easier if anything. Like Chalky said, they try to make the course play tough (long rough, tucked pins) so the winner is around Even Par for the U.S. Open. One of the reasons it's fun for fans to watch. Hacks love watching pros struggle. Just like posters loving to see other posters post losing picks...
