No, second supper is like a midnight snack without the essence of a snack. For instance, I have in front of me some lasagna I made a couple nights ago, a little bit of skillet potatoes with chouriço, and the last of my sugar snap peas from the vegetable garden this year. Light enough to allow me to sleep in an hour, but substantial enough to sate my hunger pangs from my first supper at 1800h.
