They must of robbed millions from the players through the years and it is a shame.

I think the rating should change to a C just because of this. I want my at least $1000 in round offs returned to me.

      Can anyone help?

This certainly begs the question of who the bigger idiot truly is: the individual that runs the book that rounds off bets in the book's favor; or the player who even knowing this, has still chosen to place so many bets with a fractional dollar win component that he has given up $1,000 in this manner?

This is the correct statement in this whole thread and it grossly understated.

The software has had the glitch now for six years, kind of strange that no one can fix it. I think Cris does not want it fixed.

Last year, I thought is was funny when CRIS told me it was a software issue when I noticed this round off issue. If this was truly a bug in their software they could not fix, I would be real concerned about the overall integrity of the software. Just curious, does any other sportbook round off bets like CRIS?

There was a time when this was possible, but not anymore. The software simply cuts off the decimals so it doesn't round up to the whole number, down only. The best you can get is the actual price it displays.

It still amazes me that they haven't corrected the round up problem. Besides that, they are a super solid book that I highly recommend.

If sportsbook.com was confirming bets at one price, paying out at a lower price, pocketing countless thousands of customers' dollars, and blaming it on bad software a freshman CSci student could fix, would SBR turn a blind eye?

The answer, of course, is "Yes, but only if they buy more advertising."

I know it's ticky tack, but it does bother me that Cris doesn't keep track of cents...do they have an official stance on this?...

                                        Actionbet does. A $1000 wager at -108 pays $926. If you would enter it as 10 wagers of $100, you'd get 10 x $93.
