Us facing..5D at one time did..dont feel they do anymore.

CRIS I know did playoffs..not sure on reg season.

Why wont they? VOLUME..how many guys bet serious cash on single A ball? Same as a college baseball regular season matchup..no interest, a ton of games to cap and 1 sided play makes this a big loser for a book.

Will they ever..no. with MLB there are 15 games a day to post, max. With minor leagues the number could easily be 5x that. Each club has 4 levels and independent teams and rookie ball.

Books hate MLB, but at least it has volume. Minors have no where near the level of interest.

Why don't they is an easy answer ... they don't want to get beat by people who know the Minors. They wouldn't have a clue where to set the lines most times and it would result in them getting beat IMO. Kind of the same as college baseball. Only 5Dimes has been brave enough to post some in-season lines and lines for the conference tourneys, Regionals, Supers & CWS consistently. But a lot of them have been soft and yielded some nice wins - especially for big dogs.

Because those minor leaguers don't get paid much so getting them to fix a game may happen alot. Also with the many different minor leagues it will be hard to find people with great knowledge of all the minor leagues to be strong linemakers. But with all the sports and shit they have for us to bet it's surprising they haven't gone that minor league road.

^^ especially when they deal little league world series and high school football. If there is a sport that can be modelled and juiced out its baseball.

And for those wondering why a Euro book would offer minor league bases, think about it.

They see action on these games from possibly 5% of bettors, just like a minority of their players bet Major League Baseball, its available, there are transplanted American bettors in the UK, but overall its not nearly at the interest level of soccer.

Now, those 5% of bettors are easily monitored and the sharps sorted out - in the US, thats not possible - a majority bet bases in summer, so its hard to clear who is sharp or bearding action and who is just getting lucky.

Euro books also have true "linesmen" on staff - not just copying odds from Pinnacle/Cris/Heritage and reposting with adjusted juice like some offshore, and they have the pockets to afford a losing streak and take "loss leaders" - a loss on a sport they dont really care about in exchange for regular business in the markets they do care about.

Does the greek still offer minor league bases - I remember back in the day they offered PCL action and some International League.

                      This is beyond penetrating stupid.

Books would not have high enough limits on these games for it be worth it to fix.

No games on TV very little interest

Only people betting it would be sharps

Only way I would deal it is with a .30 line and have fun betting that

For the bettor minor sports have value as typically the lines are going to be alot less sharp than a major sport but I would agree with you that for the books there is alot less incentive which is why even when they do offer these things the limits are going to be very low.

$100 max bet and you have to lay -120

Last year, Fairfield Ct. (my home town) went to the final round, our elimination game against California the line was Californina -3.5 runs -140.

                                California won 5-0

I would think it would be a little tougher to set lines for these games with the many transactions that happen within all of the MLB organizations. You have players getting shipped here and there constantly.

Good explanations everyone. Makes sense why they don't. I was going to a AAA game and wanted some action on game but could not find any book to take it.
