I fired the grill. It took 2 seconds. One second to turn the gas knob on and one second to light the match. I am cooking my favorite polish kibasa sausage. I have made apple sauce from red delicious apples I bought at the farmer's market and cane sugar. The mixed fruit salad has pineapple, strawberries, blackburries, bananas, mangos and papayas. It's topped with whipped cream. Delicious!

I will also add a little bit of roasted garlick and grilled portabello mushrooms which I will immerse in a balsamic vinaigraitte dressing before I serve. A nice bottle of cabernet savignion from my private cellar to compliment this thespian meal.
