    Do I need to file income tax if I won money on off-shore books? Just a thought, been wagering with local book, thinking open an account on-line to get better lines. Thanks guys.

    these guys kill me been here 2 years almost 1k posts and asks this, last time I checked online betting wasn't legal so good luck fileing that on your taxes

      i really have no real idea... but I think that gambling is legal... but TAKING a bet is illegal.... so you'll get arrested for being a bookie but not a gambler... but still, don't think you wanna advertise your gambling to big brother
