2 of my fav. Hard to get enough of either. You have a preference? Your fav between the 2? Quite a difference in the two. Both solid though, IMO.

No offense, General, but you gotta be kidding!! Listen, I liked Saw a lot and even enjoyed Saw II, but it ends there, the rest are just torture-porn.
Meanwhile, Star Wars (1977) remains one of the greatest achievements in film-making, a perfect mix of adventure story, fable, Western, morality tale, etc. For it's time it was mind-blowing and (despite some shaky acting) stands up as one of the best movies ever. The next two were also tremendous movies, Ewoks aside. The new trilogy are not great films, but still have some merit -- that last one was actually really good.
So in my opinion, you don't mention these two series in the same discussion. Compare Star Wars with other classic film franchises and compare Saw with like, the Hostel movies or the Rob Zombie movies (all of which I like, by the way).Comment -
My personal preference is the Saw series by far. I just do not enjoy star wars that much at all. From a quality standpoint I think the best Saw's (1 and 2) don't hold a candle to IMO the worst movie in the Star Wars series but I just enjoy Saw a lot more.Comment
