I dont think he is got the right jr. J.R. Stevens uses reverse run lines and on dogs paying +200 and +300s most of the time. Jrtips is completely different service that he is asking about.

yeah, they are fake...I paid 2 different handicapping services 8 years ago and for some reason they gave me exactly opposite picks almost every day. One was JR Tips and other was USAcappers or something...
