#4i already told him many times that he's been hot, and just as he's hot, he will get sooooooo cold, that he'll wonder to himself if he'll ever win a game again.. this business of gambling turns very fast and when it turns, it is not very nice to you.. just as he's gone 84-18, he will go on a 13-92 span.. watch and see. he thinks it's easy, but wait till he wakes up one day and finds out it's not that easy.
i worry about this kid. he has a very serious gambling problem, i can see it.. top 5 at sbr, easily. maybe even top 3. i know he's also the type of kid that when he starts losing, he will chase.. I can see he is a problem gambler. He is very obsessive.
i dont know what his bankroll is and how much he bets a game, but i can say this, unless he smartens up and starts to bet smaller and not go crazy, he will be lucky to make it to baseball season.
When will tony hit that big wall, or at least take a break from gambling?

#6Nicky, I've gone on tilt multiple times since I started gambling. I appreciate the effort you put into JJ's question on this matter all the time...but i'm not learning anything new reading it. You guys act like I stated betting when I joined SBR and all i've been is hot. When I go on tilt, I lower my bet sizes, don't bet as much, etc.
I know I say this alot, but this topic gets brought up a lot....7 years i've been doing it. That's enough of a sample size to tell me if i'm mature enough for it. And I am, ignore my fiery posts about the Celtics and shyt, I put effort into it all week...and it usually pays off. But I don't over analyze, and I certainly don't approach this with a cocky state of mind thinking it's easy and a walk in the park.Comment -

#13I like T. But you know what this reminds me of? Last year when...IWinyourmoney couldnt lose. And everyone was praising him. And we all knew it would come to an end. You cant keep it up forever. No chance. Its just a basic law of gambling. Nothing personal to anyone. What goes up...must come down. Physics. There it is.Comment -

Topgame85 couldn't lose with totals for a while either. I think the best approach is to never celebrate too much and never lament losses too much, stay focused and able to cap objectively and without emotion.Comment -
