I've never seen one like this though. ZERO runs in 13 innings and then 10 in one inning. I mean even the five in the top of the inning was big enough, but you would have still felt good on the under ... this is Top 5 IMO on the bad beat list.

Yeah, this has got to be up there. Statistically it has got to be less likely than a triple overtime NBA game burying the under etc.

This is arguably THE worst beat of all time. Especially if this was the first time in the history of a million games played that someone hit a grand slam to tie a game in extras. This is worse than a team coming back from a 10 run deficit.

a bit of a tease for mariners backers as well... has so many opportunities throughout the game to get a run and couldn't... then down 5, unbelievably tie it up for new life, then...nothing...
