Dealing with non-paying sportbooks?

Has anyone ever disputed deposits to online sportbooks for failure to pay? How do the credit card companies react?

i don't have experience doing this but if you only deposited with them once and it hasn't been too long im sure you can claim it was a fraudulent charge,
