    Your health! Friendly advice.
Sitting in that chair all day, esp slumped will hurt you. Every hour get up and walk a little, do some basic stretching exercises (easily found 20 mins a day of work) and it ...

    1. May Keep you from lumbar disc issues
    2. Prevent blood clots

-- Each hour walk around for 10-15 mins

I had back surgery on the 26th of Dec so I know a little about this.

    Try and seek to understand.

    God Bless.

yes, there is still pain. The verdict is still out, but I am following protocol and hoping for the best. All I can do right now.

Been there done that myself Pete. Just glad to hear that your doctor didn't butcher you like my doctor did me when I had my original back surgery.

sister brought a Wii by the house and the Wii Fitness is pretty fun IMO. I'd advise doing yoga if you're always sitting around

In the early stage I fell sleep on a heating pad. I had a 2nd degree burn down there where the incision is. After waking up, I was informed the surgeon almost canceled it because of infection issues, but he handled that also. He didn't see the burn until I was sleeping well in operation. I would have been very mad had I waked up with the same pain. The doc is good and he is highly touted here, but again the verdict is still out. I will do my part and see what it is like in the next 4 weeks.

I guess The General would know more than anyone as he has the most posts all time in gambling forum history.

He had sometimes like 3 days when he did not leave his chair and had over 1600 posts during that time frame.
