    Interesting Info On Tonights Game
So my mom works at ABC. Traffic control manager for the station out here in the Bay Area. I was curious as to just how much the actual finals matchup affects company revenue (if it did at all) and it turns out, the difference was huge.

ABC has a each 30 second commercial time slot with the Heat/Spurs matchup projected at $21,692. A Pacers/Spurs matchup is projected to be $15,331.

Thats a huge difference in company revenue. May prove to be meaningless information as I highly doubt a blatent rig job will take place but I can only imagine each TNT has similar numbers. Not a conspiracy theorist but at the end of the day, business is business.

And another thing, totally seperate. I can't imagine Stern would want Hibbert competing for a championship after those contraversial comments? Certain people may not watch because of him, no?

Incase people are unaware, traffic control is the department in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly with commercials. Spacing them out, timing.. ect.

Don't want SBR's first impression of me to be that my mom goes to work with a whistle and orange vest

Let's say the Heat do not shoot the rock well. You can throw your Fix out the window. As for Hibbert's comments, it's water under the bridge. He apologized, got fined, and it's over with. It's not that serious.

Heat being in the finals will be so much more profitable. But I dont think they will need help in winning tonight. They are coming to play

Anybody who would be offended by Hibberts comments so much that they would refuse to watch the NBA Finals wasn't going to be watching them anyway.

I would argue that vegas would lose more money if Pacers won. I don't know the numbers. But you have people like Lakerboy putting 25 units on the ML. Assuming the units are $100 each, that alone accounts for $7,000-$8,000 on the Heat ML. I have a hard time seeing the average bettor with any incentive to put money on this game throwing down any amount on the Heat ML that would match that of the Pacers. And as far as percentages on the spread, I thought it was about 60/40 in favor of pacers, no?
