Flame, it is Rico Rossy. Don't question the loop. Common sense will tell you it looks like the name Rico Rossi and he was on the Royals.

Bingo, we have a winner! Pretty sure it is Brent Mayne. I was once a big auto hound growing up and went to Haines City for Royals spring training 3 times in the early 90's. The old Board Walk and Baseball complex.

Theres no other info. It was given to us. it's on an old american league ball. thats all I know.
