That's the car he hit. The woman in the minivan died. He would probably spend some time in jail for vehicular homicide once he gets out of the hospital. He was driving an Escalade when he crossed into oncoming traffic and hit the minivan head on.

He was driving illegally on a suspended license. Throw in he was suffering from some sort of seizures. He shouldn't have been on the road. The woman shouldn't be dead. He's a dumbass.
