Some dude stopped in front of a store walked in for 2 secs to get a pack of cigarettes and the parking lady like ran up as he was pullin away to give him a $51 ticket for parking in front of a hydrant

If you think that's bad, I once got a ticket cause I parked about 12 feet from a hydrant.
There's apparently a law that says you can't park within 15 feet but who the hell remembers that from drivers ed in high school.
And sneaky bastards didn't even paint the curb red so they can keep issuing tickets. They finally did after I complained.... but made me pay anyways.
Also got a ticket cause I parked facing the traffic so I could jump start my other car. I was gone 30 seconds and the bastard was there writing me a ticket.Comment -

There was an episode where they put the boot on a van owned by a paraplegic in a wheelchair. He was pretty nice about it saying how he was shot so something like this wasn't a big deal.
Then Garfield returns to check on the van and it's gone. Someone had removed the boot and moved the car.
Later his friend who removed it returned the boot but they still charged the paraplegic $450 for it cause it had a little scratch on it.Comment
