how do I use the spreadsheet?

where do you even find the spreadsheet? ect..

Chi, the spreadsheet is under your MySBR in the upper right hand corner. Click on that, and you will find a tab that says my spreadsheet. After that, you just punch in your bets with the line, price and units you are betting. Pretty self explanatory. I am not computer savvy either, so I think you will be fine. Hope this helps.
