Ryan Dempster is something like 3-0 with a 1.42 ERA in his four career starts vs. the tribe.

Still like the indians for something. seems like Dempster has been regressing the last couple of games

Would tend to agree, however, Sox killed McAllister last month, Sox are a good hitting team, and Zach is not a strikeout pitcher, he depends on his defense for outs unlike say, a Darvish, or Scherzer.

Dempster has been God awful his last 2 starts, McAllister's across the board numbers this year excpet for K's has been rock solid.
McAllister is actually the better starter tonight, getting around +130 there is some value, this game should be Cleveland +125, if you can get that or better, bet it small, but yeah, the play would be Tribe small or pass.

A couple of things here. Does Cleveland have a lefty available in the pen tonight? Pestano is grade A but much better against righties.
