What is the best way to use a freeplay?

I try to play at books that have cash bonuses but I just signed up at betjam to try them out and have a $100 freeplay. I think freeplays are garbage.

Bet parlays or underdog on M/L, you dont keep the original $100 if you hit. I usually play a 2-3 team parlay.
BetJm does however, give cash bonuses on re-ups. The free play is only at sign up.

With Bookmaker I only do +100 or higher for obvious reasons (risk only option) though some would argue with this logic.
