lionel hollins is a very average coach...getting made to look like a jv girls coach by Pop... anyone could have lead this team to where they are now...he has a horrid record with meaningful games where he actually has to make adjustments and play calls late in the game and consistently has the wrong guys on the floor...there might not be anyone the organization would rather have, but they will never advance passed the WC finals with him at coach.
