    Legendz & Bookmaker
Of the recommended books listed at the top of the page, I hear posters mention/discuss Legendz the least....does anyone have any feedback on Legendz?

Also, other than the phone call marketing that seems to annoy.....is Bookmaker a good book?

    I play (and I'm happy with) BJM....but looking for a 2nd option.

    Thanks

Both Legendz & their sister book ThePig currently have no complaints levied against them at this time. Not to mention that both books have very good customer service.

Both of these books will start you out with low limits ($500 online limits including prop bets) and they won't raise your limit until at least 30 days. At that point you have to request it through a manager and have it approved (Keep in mind that they are a recreational book and could cut your limits at some point).

ThePig will use -108 opposed to Legendz who uses a .20 cent line for baseball and no overnight lines. Not to mention they offer a 10% signup bonus for U.S. players, but if you sign up on either a Tues or Wed. you will recieve an extra 5% (cash bonus/5x's rollover)

The area I feel both of these two books need to improve on is their payment solutions for both depositing for U.S. player. Currently they only offer Western Union, Moneygram, and Cashier checks. (The do take Moneybookers & Neteller for those who can use it, not to mention higher bonus offerings with a 7x rollover). However, both books process their payouts very promptly that offer 1 free check every calender month (flat $55 fee after that/takes 3-4 days fedex to get it).

As far as Bookmaker goes. They are a very good book for the professional type players, however if your a recreational player the withdraw fees can be a bit pricey if you don't qualify for a free withdraw. Although they do post the lines earlier than any other book out there, which is a big plus.

Stay far away from Bookmaker their withdrawal fees are nothing short of thievery and by the time you do get your payout your hair has turned white. so in summary stick with the tp 5 books as mentioned by posters here

I've never had a problem with the Bookmaker/Cris family of books, but then again I'm not American so I have access to Moneybookers, which helps tremendously. I just withdraw on Friday, when it's free up to $2,500 or something.

Just if at all possible never make the mistake of doing Book to Book transfers with them. Absolutely outrageous fees into the hundred$, whereas pretty much every other book I use does this for free.....

Yup, $200 was the last fee I paid for a B2B as well, early last year.....Needless to say, that was the last transfer I'll ever do. Like I said though, I have Moneybookers. Hopefully you are eligible for that option, because if so it will dramatically improve your Bookmaker experience (Same day payout). In any event, good luck.....

I play at Legendz/Pig all the time.
They are solid with CS, and payouts are fast. (1 free check per month)
Not many props though, but a solid 2nd, or 3rd book.

Thanks for the info.....it doesn't sound like either book is a good fit for me. Fedex you mention Matchbook and WSEX....what about those books....they seem to get mixed reviews from posters here at SBR?

Matchbook is as good as it gets ..any serious gambler can not be without Matchbook ..you just can't beat their no juice offers paying 1 penny juice is priceless and their FedEx check cost $39 and you have it in no more than 3 days at your house

BigJoe, I signed on with the Pig a while back, and all is well...But have you ever noticed that in their NHL lines for example, they have wager options listed such as "Team total goals" or "1st period lines", but they never actually make it available for wagering? I keep thinking that they will put a price up eventually, but it never happens.....Just wondering what the hell is going on with those.....

I imagine I could contact them to find out why this is, but I usually just stick to the actual game lines anyway.....

Legendz is very solid, but useless lineswise.

Full juice, late lines, they lack a lot of CBB totals. There is just no point having them, IMO.

                      Shitty software too, Cascade style.

Low juice books are the way to go.

Yes, i have noticed. They do this on props also. I asked them why before, and they said in case they want to offer those lines. Makes no sense to me!

                          I agree on all!
Pig does offer -108, not as good as -105, but better than -110
Pig also gets my CC to process, while other books cant!

I would not recommend Legendz. I hate I started an account with them just for BTP. Their interface is horrible and you can forget props and futures. How they are a top book is beyond me. They offer nothing special or better than the other books.

JJ how can you advocate for a book that takes decades for your payout even for money gram when it should never take more than 1 day and charges $200 for a transfer to Matchbook ..you can't possibly take this book serious

I tried to open an account at Bookmaker a couple of months ago.....nothing but a hassle, and they take a long time for payouts (so I've heard)
