#2You should have the freeplay reinstated. In my experience, if this happens at CRIS or DSI, you need to contact them to let them know because their system won't do it automatically.Comment -

#6I would think most good sportsbooks would give you the free play back, but you would have to call. Also I would imagine that a no action like a pitcher change would be different than a push. In the case of a push, you did get your free bet, but simply didn't win. In the case of a no action, you never had action so you never really used your free play.Comment -

#7I made a $75 freeplay and it was a push and didn't get my money back. Mudcat suggested I should try calling the CS to credit back the free play.
My girlfriend made a $1000 free play and push. This time I have livechat with DSI and they did credit back the free play.
