Is there anything worse than NBA Playoff scheduling?

What a joke. Western Conference Finals will be done 2 games before the ECF even starts. Oh and then they go and take a 4 day break until Saturday. Surely they could have worked out a way to have these games make a little bit of sense, no?

NBA wanted to have a game on Sunday on ABC. If West semifinals didn't end as early as they did, West Game 1 would have been Tuesday (now Game 2) and West Game 2 would have been Thursday (now off day). I guess another option would have been to move East Game 1 to Tuesday and Play West Game 2 on Wednesday, so that both series would have had exactly two days off between Games 1-2.
