3rd and short call killed my 1st half Eagles play, had them at -2.5

The play calling puzzles me. Minnesota is somehow getting way to much pressure... How about some quick screens and forget about the running it is not working!

Minnesota cannot cover the pass!

You can roll McNabb out a couple of times for a few run/pass. Throw a few screens and the run will open up. There just rushing straight up the field. Westbrook is running out of the backfield to catch. Set him in the backfield and motion to receiver. He will beat any linebacker.

I think McNabb has had enough time...Jared Allen hasn't done much for Minny and you don't have to respect their running game on short ydge because they can't do it! If they stop 3rd downs better then they'll pull away with turnovers and maybe D. Jackson on a punt return!! Minn is blitzing alot themselves...like to see a quick screen to Westbrook or D Jack...long TD!!

I think thats what they need to do. But I think the Eagles will pull this one out. They come from a brutal division that prepared them for big games like this.

On offense Philly needs to move Westbrook around, line him up outside, inside in the slot, put him in a 2-Back set with Buckhalter, throw him screens, go play-action, mix it up. Minnesota seems to have pressure on McNabb every play.

On Defense just stop the freaking third down and they should be ok. Sending in different Blitz packages including faking an all-out Blitz and dropping the linebackers into coverage should be enough to stop Jackson from picking them appart in 3rd, down.

I have faith that Reed will make adjustments and they will take this game in the second half.

I've been hitting my big plays in CFB bigtime but my picks in the NFL have choked for some reason?? Indy last night...gets several big stops on D and can't score or even get 1 first down to secure the win! Philly gets up 16-7 on a pick-6 with a chance to put a stranglehold on this game but immediately give up a long TD drive

Don't get it...I know I'm on the right side w/my homework!!

I love the blitzing on 3rd down but if you gone do that the corners need to play bump and run on the WR. They need to be physical with them on the line of scrimmage so the quick slant want be there, and Jackson will have no one to throw to and he would get sacked.

I agree with you.... the problem I see is that the NFL fukks decide when to play and when not to play hard.... Like the fukking Cardinals yesterday, they play like dogs all those weeks stealing paychecks and then decide to play..... what a fukking joke. These Vikings suck, they have sucked all year.... if they didnt, they wouldnt have had to wait to the last week of the season to win the weak ass division from the sorry ass bears....
