    Carmelo Anthony the Knicks Messiah
So for years, when Carmelo played for the Nuggets, we heard every day about how Carmelo is the Knicks savior, how he is the missing piece of the puzzle for the Knicks and once the Knicks get him he will lead them to the promised land. It's been 3 years and all they have is one playoff series win to show for it. How about that for a messiah? I don't know which hyped up messiah-will-lead-us-to-the-promised-land player has been a bigger bust, Carmelo for the Knicks or Dez Bryant for the Cowboys.

The Knicks are missing too many pieces. A good coach for example. The rest of the team last night did absolutely nothing to help the cause.

Carmelo did everythung he could last night, his teammates forgot to show up. He's a great player and the Knicks will first have to get rid of Kidd and sign another great player to help him out.

Also Who said anything about my boy Dez being the guy that leada us? In the drink is right his second half of the season was amazing, Dez has got it together and is young, full of unlimited talent +skills, and wants to be the best. Him and CJ will be the best 2 wr's in the NFL next year. Dez is a beast.

Carsmello doesnt mix with a lot of players the Knigs to go any where have to go out and get a CP3 type guard to have a future.

I've said it once and will say it again. Melo has not and will never be good enough to be "the guy" who leads a team to a championship. He is a good enough scorer, but nowhere near good enough anywhere else.

You can't build a team around the guy, its impossible. Never going to happen, but he would be an excellent 2nd option (Dwade on the Heat currently type). Until he accepts that fact (likely never) he won't win squat.

If you lived in the DFW area when the Cowboys drafted Dez Bryant you would understand. Every Cowboys fan around here simultaneously ejaculated their pants and started to proclaim about how great the Cowboys were going to be going forward.

that says more about the idiots in the dfw area than it does for dez bryant
