For totals I like Under in the Pistons/Clippers game (176) and over in the cavs/wizards (189)

I hate days where the favorite line looks off..

I can understand that, with it being a rivalry or bad blood between the two and whatnot, but after watching the cavs only winning by 4 on christmas day I think they come out to play tonight (and there are a bunch of trends supporting cavs)

Sometimes these lesser teams just match up well against the elite teams. It my be the elite teams dont get up as much for these games. I remember last year that Charlotte gave Boston all they could handle, and even beat them twice. I am thinking about playing Washingotn. No way all these road favorites cover, we saw it in the NFL yesterday.

I once read a bankroll management strategy article that advised a parlay of the opposite of all of your teams, that way if you pull an O-for you actually do alright on the day...

I don't think I have enough of these days to make that profitable but it sure does make me wish I had followed today...

I could see that working if most of your plays were big favs and you did a round robin of the opposites for every possible combination. Say you had 6 big favs and you did
2,3,4,5,6 RR

Then, if you go 3-3 or worse you still make money (I think) I'll run some numbers on this and see what it looks like.

Now, all the days where you go 6-0, 5-1, 4-2 are going to eat up that parlay insurance money. Perhaps what this will do is smooth out variance.
