I realize there is no guarantee that SBR can solve all legitimate disputes, but knowing there is someone trying to help out makes me feel a little better.

A friend of mine and I are beginning to have an issue with a well known sports book that seems to be giving us the run around when it comes to requesting payouts.

This is very frustrating for both us.

We would have never put money into this book if we had known about SBR.

I find it amazing there can be so many dumb business people out there that don't realize how much business they are losing by not taking care of their clients.
