Richie the 1000 must be the tylenol in the pill you are taking. But I've never even heard of them putting 1000mg of tylenol in it. The most hydrocodone they will put in those class 3 pain killers is 10mg. You want the highest hydro with the lowest tylenol. That is in Norco which is 10-325. 10mg hydro, 325 acetaminophen. They don't make them with more than 10mg of hydro. You can take about 8-10 of these norco a day without messing up your liver. And you cant drink with them or you will really fuk your liver up bad.

Get your doctor to give you a special script of straight hydro without tylenol. Tell him you are worried about the tylenol effect on the liver. He will write you a script that you take to a compounding pharmacy and get straight hydro powder in a capsule that you can just pull apart. Its yellow powder and the 10mg ones sell for about $20-$40 a piece because of the convenience of being able to compound them with water, etc. But you didn't hear that from me.

Or you can take the tylenol out yourself but much easier to get the doctor to write you a script.
