Bwin Is Not Paying My Winnings!!
I have placed two bets last saturday on the summer skijump event last saturday

$ 15.00 WIN ON ANDREAS KOFLER ODDS 55:1
$ 13.00 WIN ON GEORG SPAETH ODDS 21:1

Kofler has won the even. FANTASTIC

    I have won $ 825.00

No says BWIN and has cancled my betting (only the one I have won!) AFTER the event was finished!

BWIN is now telling me that, according their terms and conditions, which I have accepted when I have opened the account with them, they are allowed to cancle any bet, even after the event is finished, if they have offered odds that have been too high! It does not matter that they have confirmed the bet.

MY E-TICKET THAT IS NOW WORTHLESS
    Wettschein Details
    Wettart Einzelwette
    Wettabschluss via Web L!VE
    Wettschein-Nummer 1NG8W25B
    Datum 12.08.2006 18:24
    Quote 55.00
    Einsatz pro Wette 18.00 CHF

Did anybody made same experiences and know if I have a chance to get my winnings?

Really it depends what other bookies were offering. On an event like Ski Jumping, I really would have no clue how to find that out..

Did you research the prices at other bookies before betting? I hope this wasn't a "surebet" or arb..

What were the REAL odds supposed to be? ... And why shouldn't they pay you that instead of cancelling? ... This is an all too familiar story and dealing with a relatively small amount ... They probably would have given you a refund if your guy lost ... Hahahahahahahaha ... Sounds like a simple case for Bill.

Really do not know how I should find out what 'real' odds should be. Actually I thought bookies only offer and confirm 'real' odds. I do not even know if another bookie has offered a bet on summer ski jumping!
But the bet they have not cancled (because I have lost it......) was on Spaeth at 21:1 who has won a similar event a week before.

Send an email to assistance@sportsbookreview.com. If they are going to cancel one wager they ought to cancel both IMO if is after the event. And if the odds were off, they should consider paying out at an adjusted odds at a minimum.

They are known for this type of practice. I guarantee if your guy lost is would of considered a loss instead of no-action.

              I have sent an e-mail to assistance@sportsbookreview.com.

The only answer I get from the bwin support is:

Due to an internal error we had to cancle your bet. Pls read our general terms and conditions and respect them.......

Now we know where Charlie (formerly of Bet4Aces) has picked up employment.

I think they are doing it on purpose. I have learnd now that both odds have been pretty high. They offer high odds and wait until stupid peolple like me place a bet. If the stupid guys win the bet they simply cancle it if they loose, they keep the money.

                  THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED!
