    Let The Weight Loss Begin
    I weighed in today at 356 lbs. My goal is to be at 225 lbs. by the end of the year. Its going to be tougher to do this since I'm 40, but its going to get done! I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired.

    write down your goals KLC and post them in places you see everyday...

    fridge door, bathroom mirror, car dash...

    invest in clothes that you want to be able to fit in, 3 months.. ect...

      Good luck KLC. Do this...what is your plan for getting it done. Low carb keto type diet with some slow and steady cardio on a bike/treadmill?

        Good call Chi...always good to take a before picture and put it on fridge door/cupboard doors as a reminder for everytime you go to grab a snack.

          Mr. KLC have you heard of VITAMINERAL GREEN. You can buy this at a WHOLE FOODS Place. You mix it with water and drink it. It is like eating salad all day long.


          I am using this every day now. I feel stronger I have so much energy in just 4 days now.

          Also drink KOMBUCHA

              I'm doing Nutri System. My problem has always been portioning. I lost 35 lbs. in 2 months when I did it before, but I stopped because of the cost. don't give a damn about the cost anymore. I'm starting out with my exercise bike and light walking so I don't put too much pressure on my knees. As the weight comes off, I'm going to progress from there.

                Good stuff KLC. Seems like a solid baseline. If cost becomes a problem check out the keto diet plan. You feel like shit for the first week or 2 but feel great afterwards...except on the carb up which makes me feel like shit. Water is your friend as well. Please keep us updated on your journey.

                          Im not no 300LB but need to drop a few myself. Got the year started right by running/hiking for 2.5 hrs.

                                        I am 40 and in decent shape, I work out 6 days a week for 1 hour a day. Cardio and weights, I eat what I want and drink what I want. I do eat healthy, not much red meat, only once a week. Turkey, chicken, and fish most of the time. I drink beer all the time. The key is exercise. Thats what u have to do. Best of luck!

                                            Just walked 2 miles and am ready to pass out. I just keep telling myself to give it about 3 weeks and it'll start getting easier.
