I weighed in today at 356 lbs. My goal is to be at 225 lbs. by the end of the year. Its going to be tougher to do this since I'm 40, but its going to get done! I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired.

#7I'm doing Nutri System. My problem has always been portioning. I lost 35 lbs. in 2 months when I did it before, but I stopped because of the cost. don't give a damn about the cost anymore. I'm starting out with my exercise bike and light walking so I don't put too much pressure on my knees. You feel like shit for the first week or 2 but feel great afterwards...except on the carb up which makes me feel like shit. Water is your friend as well. #20I am 40 and in decent shape, I work out 6 days a week for 1 hour a day. Cardio and weights, I eat what I want and drink what I want. I do eat healthy, not much red meat, only once a week. Turkey, chicken, and fish most of the time. I drink beer all the time. The key is exercise. Thats what u have to do. Best of luck!Comment -
