I've used the moniker RogueScholar for upwards of a decade now. I chose it in the classical sense of a person who makes written material normally reserved for academics available and understandable to the general public. Ted Coopman, in his Rogue Scholar's Manifesto defines the Rogue Scholar as a "learned or etrude person no longer obedient to the status quo; playful, mischievous." It's an ideal to which I have dedicated myself, and by no means a random selection.

No, I scored a 1360. I was 14 and a junior in high school, and was so caught up with the classes I was taking at community college for my concurrent A.A. that I really devoted no time to preparation. I simply knew that the S.A.T. was coming up and that I should at least take a swing at it that year.

When my score came in the mail I figured that was more than adequate, especially since I was planning to transfer to a university based on my JuCo grades as opposed to applying as a raw freshman with test scores. Everything worked out as I expected and I was accepted as a transfer student to Oregon State before I even got my driver's license. Funny how life unfolds, isn't it?

.. and for that reason Boner_18 and myself do not have kindred names. Anyways, this is for the better. Others would've assumed his boners were less substantial than mine. And I wouldn't want the dude to feel less of himself simply because my boners are much larger in real life and in screen name.
