just trimmed real close with the clippers, no shaving,...

used some fake tan... my gf.. spent like 1 hr on that..cut the hair, shaved.. put on some oily tannign lotion..

my first time doing before and afters..its an art form....

I might be doing this 12 weeks..with no supplements...except what I have left over around the house/office..

no $ for supplements...

let alone for roids...let alone for all the stuff i'd need to take if i took roids, to keep me from getting gyno, hairloss, acne, ect...

the side effects depend of what you take and how much you take. in moderation it works wonders w/ mimumal side effects. but I'm sure you already know this with that 12 week tranformation
