Make that 10 days because Jellybean first posted this story on Christmas. SBR then said nothing on this topic since. Where the hell are your priorities?

#38All this commotion and it was about nothing??
Jazz taking over looselines is nothing, they are both the DPT group.
In fact, I remember hearing months ago that Looselines players were to log into jazz or abc....that was months ago. So this whole thing about a B book being bought out was hogwash. I have to say this this really hurts SBR's credibility...though not nearly as much as having Cascade an A rated book mere months before their collapse.Comment -

#40I received the payout today via **. It took 7 days. Given the New Year's holiday and the internal change, I am glad that it came through. I still have a small balance at Looselines. I will keep playing there until the next free payout.

#50thanks man.. yea i actually transferred funds from 5dimes to bookmaker to DSI because they all were locking me out adjusting lines 4 points before i could hit submit. furthermore all had lowered my limits.. i need to find a low key book and from what i heard about jazz abc and loose line i was curious because i heard jazz releases lines only an hour before each game! i get on my computer after work and then go work another business most of the night i dont have time to put in bets all nightComment -

Yes I did, but it's no longer allowed. You're right about the site still saying it's free. Very deceiving IMO.Comment -

#54Thank you for the info, HedgeHog. Since I only have a small balance left in there, I will try to arb the balance out of there. From Ganch's post on Kelly, there is negative growth in bankroll if the bets are too big even if they are +EV. So in theory, I should be able to get the money out of there for "free" by betting a large percentage of the remaining balance on each game.Comment -

#58played with these guys a good bit up until last month..finally left because the service level was just nosediving. I had the pleasure of talking to Russ a few times over the course of the last year..any time there was a problem he took care of it quickly. Last time I needed something and contacted him (late nov/early dec) he wasnt around and never replied to an e-mail...figured something was up then.
Hopefully they stick around through the football season..my old man had an account with them and still has a few open futures bets (Steelers). They always paid me in the past and within 3 days max (**).
Also, noticed they seem to have dropped the weekly "free roll" blackjack tourney's...intially Jazz had these on mondays/looselines on wen. Then jazz moved theres to Wen..looks like they are just dropping them totally now. Too bad..actually won a little in those things.Comment -

#64Glad you collected quickly, but MoneyBookers is not available in US. You can collect upto $2500 by this method, but we're stuck with ** with a $900 limit and $92 fee. Jazz Books need a check processor, because these fees are killing American business IMO.Originally posted by tommy83i just withdraw money from looselines account - all in 5 minutes, 35$ fee for moneybookers withdraw.

#65glad to see there have been no delayed payouts here..i think the chances of these guys going stiff on players is near 0...but many books are experiencing delays and problems getting funds to players.
i think these guys will be fine, but any player keeping excess funds in accounts is just asking for trouble. these are illegal (for the us) sportsbooks...not banks. if the us decides to conduct a massive raid tomorow in a last moveby w's administration alot of books could have problems getting you paid. remember the days following netellers closure in the us..expecting to be able to call up a book and have funds in 24 hours may be a problem.
i will be back to looselines as i reorganize my books and move towards march..right now i am using bokmaker and 5 dimes...they are the best for hoops in my opin. (aside from matchbok)
also never understood why guys dont keep an out or two...more during football and baseball seasons. if one book i use folded today it would hurt but i could manage...having all your funds tied up in one place is asking for trouble..even if they are top rated. remeber the slow period starts right after the superbowl and between march madness and july books will see less new money...best to stay safe. dont wont to sound alarmist...just realistComment
