Bulls initiate it, but they never escalate it, and that's why they are the more disciplined team, and that's the reason they have a chance in this series.

What do you consider escalating it? Noah wraps LeBron up after a whistle, so LeBron pushes him away. The bulls players would do the same.

I'd argue that not being stupid and making contact in front of the ref after the whistle is being more disciplined.

Well Nate used to make a lot of shots. When he can't shoot, then he starts cussing around. When bulls play physical, they will commit fouls. You can't have both ways. you can't wrap LeBron or Bosh with two hands and then whine about the calls. People are naturally biased. I don't like the Bulls, so yea they commit fouls. You don't like heat, so you would see differently.

Lebron handled it well. I honestly think he does a hell of a job in every aspect, scoring, handling himself everything. If he would stop whining about not getting calls, I'd enjoy rooting for him.
