I got pulled over for speeding and I tried to buy the **** off, this ticket will prab cost me 10k in insurance over 5 years, he didn't go 4 it, ne experiences guys

First ticket??? I had around 9 tickets in 1 yr (5 speeding, 3 for not stopping completely at stop sign, and an open container to keep my underage friend out of trouble) and my insurance company didn't notice for well over a year. I was on my mothers insurance and the company booted me...I think it only raised my insurance around $100 a month once I was on my own plan.

I got my first ever speeding ticket few years ago cause my puppy was throwing up and dying but the pig couldnt care less.

Anyways i just paid the $190 fine and did traffic school over the internet to keep it off my record.

Insurance didnt go up at all. That is until I recently switched companies and the damn violation shows up on my record, which means the traffic school didnt send my paperwork in. Bastards. This caused my rate to go up about $200 a year.

a couple months ago, I almost had 4 tickets.....or maybe it was 3 tickets..... and the cop was a real prick...

took my license and registration and came back 5 mins later and told me again, all the 'bad' things I did... left hand turn in front of traffic (chicago left), driving in wrong lane, almost hitting pedestrian in cross walk -reason i was in left lane, and failure to signal....... then told me to get out of here.....


I never understood why he didn't nail me.... too much paperwork? does somthing pop up on the screen in the patrol car that says "hey this guy is a good citizen, cut him a break"...... I was surely thankful though

I had a 100% non fault accident and my insurance tripled(state farm) so I switched to triple a and I'm paying 130/mo but agent told me if I get any ticket in next 2 years my insurance would likely triple, I'm 19 been driving for 2 years
