As you may have noticed, the forum was offline for a period. We identified a security incident to Sportsbook Review Forum and took the site offline as a containment step while we investigated.

Other than correctional officers or other employees I doubt it.
Incarcerated persons are not likely allowed internet use, especially outgoing (ie messaging, email, posting).

Richkas mortal locks are posted from the slammer. If you ever visit East St. Louis it's worse than a slammer. Worst place I've ever been in the US. 10 murders min every night.

Some federal prison libraries have net access, it is screened as to what comes in and out.

I believe there are prison programs that use e-mail to communicate
Cheaper for prisons so they dont have to spend all the time opening mail that comes in for contraband, etc.
